Complaining About an Illegitimate Phone Bill
1. To file your complaint/dispute the charges, send a detailed letter in writing to the cell phone service provider with a specific subject line.

2. If they do not have a satisfactory response for you, you can then bring the matter to the attention of Misrad HaTikshoret (Ministry of Communications) and file a complaint about the company.
